Hi. DART Accounting Solutions and Consulting began as a result of the recent economic downturn.
My name is Lisa Woodburn, and I have worked in CPA firms in the Phoenix, AZ area for 12+ years. I obtained my Bachelors' Degree with a major in Finance from Pace University, New York. I am a licensed CPA in Arizona. I have seen many clients needing tax preparation and/or financial statement preparation over the years, whose accounting records were a mess! Many clients hire "outside bookkeepers", some which are good, some which merely enter data without realizing where the information actually should be posted to for accurate financial statement and tax return preparation consideration (thereby causing clients to incur additional "clean up fees" from their CPA's)!
This is where DART comes in.
In these economic times, clients can not afford high accounting cleanup fees typically incurred at CPA firms. So, I figure, why not provide my services to consult with clients and assist with cleaning up their accounting at near "wholesale" cost?
